Hello fellow beer lovers.
I write to you as the hops begin to blossom and barley starts to turn golden. Just as the hops and barley begin their journey to become great beer, we begin our journey to make great beer. No matter the outcome of the upcoming election, I am optimistic of our future as an organization. A board-member plays great importance and responsibility to any organization, and this responsibility only grows in an organization as young as ours. As an candidate for the board, I come to you with a promise to not only fulfill this commitment, but to serve you passionately as a owner and as a beer lover. I promise as a board member to always be open and listen to your concerns and ideas. I will make decisions and provide guidance with the up-most prudence and patience. My mission and purpose will become creating beer that our members and our community will share our zeal and love for. Like many of you, I express my passion for beer through home brewing and by visiting many of the area’s breweries. I have often dreamed of owning my own brewery, and Flying Bike is a great opportunity for this dream to come true not only for me, but for all the founding members. I have great esteem for the community we have already built and am excited for what the community will soon be. This board term may very well be the most important of our organization.
