Our Values

Community – FBCB plans to be a visible part of our community. We look forward to building relationships with other craft brewers, other coops and local businesses along with those within the community that we build our brewery. Additionally, look for FBCB to give back to our community through charity events and education.

Sustainability – Our vision is to be an environmentally conscious brewery with a focus on sustainability. Good for the beer, good for the planet.Our goal is to create both an economical and sustainable business environment.

Innovation – We have a great beer community. The styles and ingredients are endless. This allows us the commitment to brew many wonderfully diverse, world-class beers.

Collaboration – FBCB will be the birthplace for great beers. Not the brewery’s beers, but the member’s beers. Our members will choose what will be on tap and they will be an integral part in designing and voting on what we pour.

Education – It is our commitment to support and promote the craft beer community through education and appreciation. The more our staff and members know about craft beer the more it can be enjoyed and appreciated. On-site education and member classes about ingredients, styles, tasting notes, food pairings and the brewing process will begin to make our members and staff the smartest craft beer drinkers in the world.
