At Flying Bike we will brew YOUR beer!

As a member-owner, YOU will help decide what we brew and pour at the taproom. Prior to opening, member-owners will be invited to special tasting events where your input will decide what will be on tap.

The brewery is in the process of hiring a professional Brew Master. Although our planned beer selection is not yet finalized, it may include:

• A set of house favorites
• Seasonal beers
• Other craft creations
• A few distinguished guest beers

Brewing Competitions

Though opening a brewery is still months in the future, Flying Bike Cooperative Brewery plans on holding competitions to select some of the brewery’s opening beers. When we open our doors, some fortunate members will have their beer recipes produced by our Brew Master. Anyone interested in providing beer for the competitions are encouraged to consider what favorite beer recipe (or two or three) they might want to submit.

Additional brewing competitions will be held several times annually. Guidelines for competition will be provided on this website. An announcement will be made to all members when the homebrew competitions are scheduled. In the meantime, if you hope to have your beer brewed please practice documenting your recipes! We’ll need these when we want to brew your creation.
